But it is still a kit. A powerful one. What is Claude for Small Business?
It is Anthropic's small-business package — 15 pre-built agentic workflows (payroll planning, monthly close, invoice chasing, lead triage, marketing campaigns, contract review and more) plus connectors to Intuit QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, Docusign, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. It runs on top of a Claude Team plan.
Why pay you for setup if Anthropic already shipped it?
Because the package is a kit, not a finished product. The connectors need to be authenticated to your specific accounts, the 15 skills need to be customized to your pricing, approval thresholds and tone of voice, the permissions need to be scoped to the right people, and your team needs to be trained on which workflow to use when. That is the work we do — same way you would hire someone to install QuickBooks or migrate to Google Workspace, not write the software.
Do I need a Claude subscription before we start?
Yes. You need an active Claude Team plan (or Enterprise) on your business email domain. If you have not set that up yet we will walk you through it on the kickoff call — it takes about 10 minutes.
How long does the engagement take?
7–14 business days end-to-end. The first 2–3 days are discovery and connector auth. The next 5–7 days are skill customization, testing on your real data, and permissions wiring. The last 2 days are team training and handoff. Complex businesses with non-standard processes or heavy compliance requirements run closer to 14.
What does it cost?
Fixed-scope engagement priced by business complexity and number of users. Most engagements land between $4,000 and $12,000 one-time. The Claude Team subscription is separate (paid directly to Anthropic, roughly $30/user/month). No retainer afterwards — you own the configuration.
What if I only need 3 of the 15 skills?
That is the most common scenario and we plan around it. We turn on every skill that is relevant to your operation and shut off the ones that are not, so your team is not staring at a menu of 15 things they will never use. Pricing is the same — the work is in customizing what you actually run, not counting modules.
Will the agents actually take actions in QuickBooks / HubSpot / PayPal — or just talk about them?
Take actions. Every connector is scoped to specific permissions during setup. QuickBooks workflows can post entries, run payroll forecasts, and pull reports. HubSpot workflows can update lead stages and log activity. PayPal can pull settlement data and flag disputes. Every action is gated by approval rules we configure with you — nothing runs unsupervised on day one.
How is this different from your Agent Maestro service?
