Before You Book
What do I need to have ready before the session?
Just your laptop or desktop — and it should be the machine you actually use for work. No software to install in advance. No preparation required. Arrive with your normal setup and we will work from there.
What operating systems do you support?
Mac and Windows. Linux on request. Most AI tools have better support on Mac, so if you have a choice, Mac is preferred — but Windows works fine.
Do I need to know anything about AI beforehand?
No. This session is designed for complete beginners. If you can use email and a web browser, you have everything you need. We start from scratch and go at your pace.
Do I need a fast internet connection?
A standard home connection is fine. We will be downloading some tools during setup, but nothing that requires unusually fast internet.
What if I need more than 60 minutes?
Sessions are designed to fit the 60-minute window. If we are mid-task and close to done, we will finish. If you want a second session to go deeper, you can book another one at the same rate.
Can you come to my business and set this up for multiple people?

What is your refund policy?
Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. No refund for same-day cancellations unless we cannot make it to you.
