Do the subscriptions cap how many questions I can ask?
No. Every Counsel tier includes unlimited questions. The tiers differ in how you are answered — response speed, whether you get live calls, who answers, and whether we take on vendor management and roadmap ownership.
Why is there a price for a call?
Because it filters. A paid Foundation Call means both sides show up with an agenda, and you get a working session instead of a pitch. If you would rather test us for free first, ask a question.
What does "Custom" mean — is that a way of saying expensive?
It means scope decides the number and we will not invent one before we understand yours. Agent Maestro, Code Cleanup, and developer hires all vary too much by process, codebase, and headcount to quote off a web page. Every quote comes with a fixed price before work starts.
Can I buy the source code instead of a subscription?
Yes for several products. The Platforms Build Pack and the Vision builds hand over source you own outright. Recommend and Counsel are ongoing services and stay subscriptions.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital products — blueprints, the Framework, Pulse — are refunded if you do not find them worth the price. Services are quoted with a fixed scope agreed before work begins.
