You don't need your whole team to change. You need one person who's curious, close to a real workflow problem, and willing to test something small. That person already exists in your business. They just haven't been asked.
Here's the practical move: identify the one repetitive task that eats the most time on your team. Draft a summary, triage emails, pull weekly reports. Then ask whoever handles it if they'd try a tool to cut that task in half. One task. One person. Thirty days.
That's not an AI strategy. That's your first AI win. And it costs almost nothing to find out.
