AI keeps telling you to move faster. But nobody told you which direction.
That Forbes piece on "vibe founding" actually landed for me — because it names something real. In a world where AI can build the product, write the pitch, and draft the strategy, the thing that still can't be automated is your judgment about which problem is actually worth solving.
That's not a small thing. That's the whole game.
Most business owners I talk to didn't fail at AI because they lacked technology. They failed because someone sold them a tool before they had a problem defined clearly enough for any tool to solve. The $200/month subscription that nobody uses? That's usually a clarity problem, not a software problem.
So before you evaluate another AI tool, write one sentence: "We lose X hours per week doing Y manually, and it costs us Z." If you can't fill that in, no demo will help you.
That single sentence becomes your filter. Every AI pitch either solves that specific sentence — or it doesn't.
No coding. No system overhaul. Just a decision framework you build in five minutes.
Have you found that most AI tools were sold to you before you fully understood the problem they were supposed to fix?
